I use Teams on my iPhone everyday and it is very accessible.

To get into a meeting, make sure that you are on the calendar tab—second from 
the right at the bottom.

Then, find the meeting and the button right after the name of the meeting is 
labelled “Join.”

Once you are in the meeting, you can click to join now and you are in.

Look around the screen and decide whether to turn your video and mic on or off.
