Hi Donna,

I don’t have my Mac with me, but I believe for adjusting the volume you need to 
do VO shift left and right arrow or VO shift command left and right arrow to 
move through the categories. Once you land and volume you will use the same 
combination but with a downer or a payroll to adjust the volume lower or 
higher. Now, if by chance your function keys are such a control your max media 
capability, then it’s a lot easier. F 11 lower volume and F 12 raises it. Hope
