Hi, The cmd-1, cmd-2 etc keyboard shortcuts relate to the order of items in your Favourites bar. If your Favourites bar is not visible, either go under the View menu and select “Show Favourites”, or press cmd-option-shift-h to toggle it visible or not.
Once the Favourites bar is visible, then interact with it and navigate across to see the order of items within the Favourites bar. If you do not see the All InBoxes item, then it was somehow removed. Getting it back is easy. Locate the Mailboxes list on the main screen of Mail. If it’s not visible, press cmd-shift-m to make it visible. Once visible, interact with the Mailboxes list, and the first item in this list should be announced as “Favourites, Add button”, Interact with this item, then navigate right to the Add button and VO-space on it. You can add the All InBoxes from here. Once it has been re-added, you may need to drag and drop it from wherever it landed to the first position. The first position is cmd-1, the second positioned item is cmd-2 and so on. If you need assistance with the drag & drop process, let me know.
