Logitech sells A Mac only version of the MX keyboard. If this is the one you have then you have the one I am currently using. And it is totally accessible. In fact I like it better than the one I am using on my windows 11 Pro machine which is for both Mac and windows. When using it on windows 11 Pro there are a couple of keys that do nothing. And windows keeps trying to install a Logitech app that is 0% accessible. And the only way I know it is even trying to install it is because my 32GB i7 Carbon X1 Extreme starts revving up like it is ready to take off on a runway. The Mac version gives me no issues and does not try to install anything. And works great. I use the Mac Only Logitech MX on my M1 MacBook Pro but since it allows me to connect up to 3 devices I also have my iPhone 14 Pro Max paired with it as well. It works great with my iPhone as well.
