Hi Louie, Sarah, and Others
They removed the Command-K definition in Snow Leopard. There's a
whole thread about in in the Apple Discussion forums from people
who wanted to get it back. (Command-K would delete messages "On all
Accounts", including your RSS and MobileMe accounts, as well as your
local mail.) You have to use Command-Shift-Delete as Sarah said and,
if you don't want the warning before deleting, hold down the Option
key.
Cheers,

Hi Carolyn, not sure if you're using pop, or imap, but what you
could try is rebuilding the trash mailbox. Select it in your
mailboxes table, go to the mailboxes menu, and select rebuild.
THis may possibly help.

Hi:
I'm unable to delete emails. I get an alert that the
ch...@q.com trash mailbox can not accept messages. I tried
creating a new mailbox called trash. But, it seems I'm missing
a step somewhere, and the mail's piling up. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance, I appreciate everyone's help.
Carolyn
