Max, The original question wasn't mine but I really appreciate learning this keystroke, command enter. On the same note, if I want to keep a web page open and open another one from my bookmark bar, for example, how can I do that? Right now the second one replaces the former page. I can get back to the former page easy enough but sometimes I want to toggle back and forth between 2 or more pages, keeping all of them open at the same time.

Then when i click command w to close that window I'm right back where i was. hope that helps, Max On May 27, 2010, at 7:56 AM, Frank Carmickle wrote: > Hello all > > I sent a note in another thread about safari but I probably should > of sent it in a new thread. > > I am wondering about safari and it's handling of the back button. > Is it normal to not be returned to the link that you clicked? > Sometimes I am but it seems less now then months ago when I first > started using safari. > > Thanks for any help. > > --Frank > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google > Groups "MacVisionaries" group. > To post to this group, send email to macvisionar...@googlegroups.com. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to macvisionaries+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com > . > For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/macvisionaries?hl=en > . > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
