Okay,

This is a good start.  Typing in the IP address of my computer with a ~username 
at the end gets me to a test page.  The page is held in the sites folder of 
your user folder.

Anybody know anything about whether PHP, Perl and MySQL can be installed and 
configured to work with the apparently preloaded Apache server?
