Hi there Olivia, No I agree, I haven't completely lost my faith in Apple but I am disappointed. What this shows is that they didn't test Safari with voiceover, if they had, they would have found the issues. I tried to get the app from the app store to order the iphone 4 but it isn't available in the UK. or at least it wasn't when I searched for it. I wouldn't have had any problem what so ever however they still haven't helped out after an hour on the phone tonight as my local store ran out of pre order iphones while I was struggling with Safari. If they had said oh sorry about the issues with safari we will pop you on the pre order list as we can see you were making an effort to order for 2 hours, that would have been very different. Instead of being on this forum feeling let down by Apple I would be here saying Wow guys guess what Apple did today. They screwed up but they went a long way and made a huge effort to help out with the shortcomings of the untested software. Do you think i'm being harsh on them??? I'm not saying i'm not. I'm asking you. All I know is I can't access a few websites I use a lot, I haven't got an iphone 4 pre ordered and Apple didn't do anything to try to make things right for me. I have spent almost £6000 with them in a year and I just worry that if they didn't test safari before pushing it out this may be a sign of things to come. Probably not the case, it is just not what I hoped for from them.
