Hmmmm now I would imagine the feature is probably enabled in all applications 
apart from the Finder. But when in finder maybe the option should change to 
Move instead of Cut.  So it would be like copying, accept when you hit Move 
instead of cut the items are not deleted immediately until you instruct where 
you want the files moved to.  A bit like a copy and paste but without having to 
go back and delete the files.
