Not so sure this would be as easy. First the one problem might be in how a word is pronounced vs how it is spelled. SO, what I mean is sometimes a word is spelled correctly, but not pronounced correctly. So, even if you hear the word, the "buzz" is more likely to grab your attention then just hearing the word. Not a bad idea, just tossing out there the possible con of implementing the feature.
