Hi. Once in Adium, hit VO f2 twice, and it will bring up a menu of windows. Then just arow down, and press enter on the window you want. It could be a chat message, or Growl could be sending in pop up notifications. If the window says something about a system alert, then Growl is probably set to bounce and pop up the notification window whenever an event has occured. HTH, James.
