I know when snow leopard first came out, having the mouse follow VO would cause 
some very buggy behavior.  Especially when navigating the menubar.  Personally, 
I have my mouse cursor following VO.  I don't notice much bad behaior because 
of it.  At least not anymore using OSX 10.64.
