Believe it or not, I use the most archaic method of pressing Shift+Function+VO+arrow key to jump.
I know it sounds crazy but I've gotten used to it and I don't have to think about it. I've tried to use the easier methods but cannot get them right on the first try. I am truly insane!!!!
