Question here that you might not be able to answer... WHen you use the option 8 it tells the Mac to enter the 'bullet' character. Does pages turn a set of paragraphs each starting with the bullet character into a 'bulleted list'? The best way to tell this would be to save as HTML and then view it in Safari. If scanning the bulleted items it says something like "list of 20 items" at the start then Pages does do this.
