Hi Esther,

Thanks for the info. It does then seem as though the sales person at my apple 
shop was zealous in thinking there's an 8 gb ram custom upgrade for the 13 
inch. Nonetheless i'm sure 4 gb  is fine for the type of work that i'll do on 
it.
