I did not jump to conclusions, and I'm sorry if you feel I did. I simply 
suggested that such talk might not be appropriate. I did not say that it would 
indeed not be appropriate. I will confess to not having looked at your link, 
but I am familiar with a Linux port of eloquence which I am pretty positive was 
not legal. It was a long time ago, and perhaps this is not even the same port. 
Now that we have established that you are intending to discuss legal porting 
options, I will say no more on the subject and will also add that I'd be more 
than happy to help with any such legal port if possible.
