Hi all, Thanks for the advice on setting up my friend's mail on his new iMac, it all works as expected, except one thing. Some on this list reported an odd issue where vo would put single messages into conversations (or mail would anyway). I never had this problem so did not follow the thread, but now the iMac is doing it and I don't know why. What setting should I change to stop this? I've already gotten rid of the preview pane, so this is the final obstacle to a smooth mail experience for this new user. Thanks.
