Hello Harry,

I've set up an email address and password for this site and on the next page, I 
can interact with the menu bar and the buttons all have Help tags that can be 
read with VO-Shift-h. The Help tags also give the shortcut keys for each 
button, but they seem to be for Windows PCs as some of them use the Insert key.

I hope this helps a bit.
