Hi Anne,

I've figured it out; thanks very much.  I used VO-shift-N to read the Voiceover 
hint, which helped me out, in case that is useful for anyone else.  What I 
didn't realize is that the items showed up at the bottom of the page instead of 
immediately under the File menu.
