Hi Rodney, Steve and Robert, I appreciate the suggestions to try command left and right arrows and unloading VO. Next time this happens, I will try both suggestions. While on occasion, QuickNav has been on in Mail, it almost always is not, but it's a good reminder to make certain it's off in any case.
