You and your team will be faced with the challenge of making Microsoft Office fully accessible with Voiceover on the Mac. You will also be faced with repairing the image many blind Mac and computer users have of Microsoft and its commitment towards democratized access to its line of products, not just Office. As a blind entrepreneur and someone who uses Office productivity software every day on a PC, I can say with great certainty that a fully accessible version of Microsoft Office is a long hoped for panacea of many blind Mac users.
