Hi guys In all fairness, I do have a friend, a sighted friend, that bought a Mac book from Best Buy. She paid for accident protection or something like that. One fine day she spilled a cup of water into her computer. She took it back to Best Buy, and after they determined that they couldn't fix it, they replaced it. So, I guess it just depends on the people you're dealing with. Regards Gigi
