I personally have never in the past had issues with Best Buy let alone this
franchise location. Having said that I don't doubt your opinions. You're not
the first person who has had nothing but trouble. Maybe I've just been lucky
up to now. Anyway, I am going to be getting it swapped, so I'm a happy camper.
Plus the fact they're even for an additional $100 gonna install more ram for
me up to 16GB. They even told me this time, they won't let me leave the store
or even pay for the ram until I myself have had them plug the system into a
keyboard and monitor behind the counter, and boot it up turn VO on, and make
sure it is exactly to a T what I need. So it really does sound like Erick is
trying his best to make things right. And, as I said he sounds very very
embarrassed for what happened. As long as he's willing to work with me, I'm
personally willing to work with him to come to a good satisfactory resolution.
