I have some unfortunate news here. This issue of editing good old PDF forms is 
an issue we have talked about before and will no doubt talk again until it is 
resolved. Unless you put Windows on your Mac and download Adobe Acrobat Reader 
to your computer, there is not yet a good way to do this on the Mac if you're 
blind. 

At someone's suggestion, I put PDFpen on my Mac, but it's partially 
inaccessible. You might as well join some of the rest of us in squawking about 
this.
