We are working with the student using an iPhone 4S with the newest OS on a Windows 7 machine with office 10. We are trying to get his contacts to sync to the cloud and also to Outlook 2010. We are not having any luck! In any ideas. We are using the newest iTunes can information be synced to both? Or is there a step were missing.
