Oh, you're trying to get the contacts from the phone to Outlook? I don't think that's going to work. You definitely can't get your iCloud contacts to sync with Outlook. You could perhaps export any iCloud contacts and import them into Outlook, and then sync them with the phone. Otherwise the iPhone just keeps two separate contact accounts; the Outlook will sync via exchange, and the iCloud via iCloud, but the two won't merge, update or sync with each other. Much better off using a Mac where your iPhone and Mac contacts sync seemlessly. It's brilliant.
