There may be a way to get the voice, I've not looked, but I know it doesn't come with it by default. You can however through the google store galary get certain voices. I think the old voice that was included before Ice Cream Sandwitch... I mean, the old Pico voice can be installed but again not until you actually install it yourself. It won't just naturally do it.
