Hi, I could do the job with my windows vm and a hard drive connector cable that I keep around for the process. If you are in ontario, let me know and i'll quote you a price.
Otherwise, you can buy the cable for $25 in a canada computers, and you can buy security software that is up to the clean-up, and assuming you have a windows instalation on your mac, it would be an easy process if time-consuming. I don't know of any mac app that can clens windows malware. The linux version of nod32 used to be able to clean up windows instalations. You could always get a linux box I suppose. Hope this helps, May and Noah <mcdonald....@gmail.com> wrote: Ok, this may be a strange question, but I want to try everything before I have to break down and take my stupid windows computer to a computer place to have it looked at. Is there anyway at all to use my mac to find out what's up with my pc? The stupid thing showed all kinds of errors all of a sudden and now speech has flown the coop and I'm about ready to throw it out the window.
