Hello, If you use one of the native Apple voices rather than the new third-party voices, the change of pitch for capital letters will work. I always use Fred as this is a very reactive voice and the pitch change works perfectly. It also works with Alex, but if you use one of the new voices such as Daniel, or one of the Infovox iVox voices, the pitch change does not work. I'm surprised that Accessibility is not aware of this.
