Those effects are pretty much everything you could want to do with files, and there are plugins all over the internet to do even more. For instance, changing tempo is done with the speed change function. You may also want to google 'audacity keyboard reference" to find the part of the manual that lists all the possible keyboard shortcuts. You will have to adjust some (often, use command in place of control) but they pretty much work on mac even if they are written for windows. Finally, don't forget that some functions can be accessed by right clicking tracks in the table, and other functions, like how far arrows move, can be configured in the app's preferences.
