Hi,

There is a key re-mapping app that folks have previously discussed on this 
list.  It had to do with mapping the VO keys to the Caps-Lock key.  I can't 
specifically recall what the app was and I haven't used it at all myself but 
the folks on this list who use it sounded like it could do this sort of thing 
for you.
