Hi,

In addition to Alex's comments, you may wish to confirm whether QuickNav is on 
or off.  I've noticed on occasion that when QuickNav is on, VO behaves similar 
to that.  To toggle QuickNav on or off press down the left and right arrows at 
the same time, VO will announce QuickNav on or off.
