Hi kawl, first, hopefully you re-addressed that email to 
accessibil...@apple.com rather than ap...@accessibility.com, or it won't have 
gone to the right place.
Second, I'm sure that volume issue is very frustrating. I've heard people using 
other versions of iOS have also experienced it if they turn the volume down too 
low.
Finally, your Siri thing is expected behaviour I'd say. If you change Siri to 
use US English instead of UK English, you're not only changing the output, but 
also the kind of thing Siri is listening for, in other words the input. When 
you choose US English, Siri is listening for US accents, and US vernacular. So 
if you don't have a US accent, expect poorer results.
