there is also a program called vmware fusion which allows you to run windows as 
a virtual machine.

this is what I use and a lot of others, too.

If you go the fusion route, you can switch back and forth between the two os’s 
without rebooting your physical mac.  You can also file share between the two 
so you don’t have to have two copies of things.
