Hi Gina and Lee. If your escape key doesn't work, you can also program it to listen for a key word. For example, if you wanted the keyword to be Siri, you could program it to respond everytime you say Siri. After you say the keyword, it'll make a sound and then you can issue the command you want to have done. The only disadvantage about that is that it bypasses your setting for the monitor to go to sleep so I suggest that you only have that on when you need it.
