I've beeen experimenting with the latest version of twitter for the iphone. I finally figured out how to get to your timeline and past the intro screen. When the intro screen comes up, turn voiceover off and then swipe to the right. Finally turn voiceover back on again and you can read your tweets. Not sure just how accessible this version of the app with vo, but at least it's a start. Don
