What I did was to let the twitter app load until I got that welcome screen. That's when I turned vo off and swiped to the right. Not sureif youhave to swipe 1 or 2 times, but then turn vo back on and you should be able to tap on the screen to make things happen. Kind of confusing, bit it worked for me.
