Hi I met a problem on Maemo on Linux. According to the tutorial, I need Xnest to run maemo. But I can't find Xnest for RHLinux. I think the Xnest is just a XServer for maemo. So I guess I can use my RHLinux's Gnome environment. But I don't know how to set DISPLAY for the scratchbox. Can you help me on this? You know, I'm a Linux newbie. I really want to get involved into Maemo world and port our MGS. I don't want to give up at the last step of launch the Maemo GUI.

Then follow the howto starting from http://www.maemo.org/platform/docs/tutorials/Maemo_tutorial.html#Installing-Maemo-rootstrap The scratchbox environment is debian, but it has nothing to do with the distribution you are using. Please report any problems you might encounter (after thoroughly reading the howtos of course :), so we can make the process work for everyone. -- Kalle Vahlman, [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ maemo-developers mailing list [email protected] https://maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-developers _______________________________________________ maemo-developers mailing list [email protected] https://maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-developers
