Sure modules would be fine too.     Are those pre-compiled modules
suitable for the kernel version that ships with maemo 2.1?

In any case, my main concern is that the procedure for using
scratchbox CPU transparency is currently severely hampered, and I have
little hope that an inexperienced developer will realize that the
documented procedure for enabling CPU transparency isn't working is
because by default the 770 kernel does not have NFS client support.   
This really needs to be fixed.
