Hi, just completed 2 projecvts, in Semantic Multimedia and Geolocation. Now need your help and advice in pursuing GPS + Python + POI + sqlite - non-GUI project.
Now I need to learn how to read GPS data from gpsd Python ?) process them and save into db as a track, build POI database and more Maemo-mapper already does all the above, unfortunately it is one-man closed project, assissted by Cezary (POI database). Please tell me know to start. - GPS data acquisition data logging as xml file (parser) Than I need to build a basic database logging gps data + some instrument data like sound level, temperature, sun intensity level and more to make Google Maps. Your comments, advise, help is welcome.
