I think the chance of Nokia shipping an updated libhildon, containing community widgets, during Fremantle's *lifetime* is possibly close to zero. I don't think it's worth the effort maintaining a Hildon fork for a Harmattan release of Hildon, when we don't know what other changes will need making to Hildon to make it compatible with Harmattan's UI. A separate library at this point sounds the most sensible, possibly using the same names and stuff for easier inclusion at a later date.
