I like that one. Andrew is of course right, that it doesn't really toggle, it just allows to go from fullscreen to not-fullscreen. It's difficult to put this into words and I think 'Fullscreen' should somehow be part of the name. So for now 'HeFullscreenToggle' is the winner.
