Right now it's on a box I don't give you access to, but I'll plonk it all within a nice KVM to keep things clean. Mail me your ssh pubkey and i'll set it up. It wasn't my intention to provide some big mirror for people to use myself, I was just suggesting the project have mirrors. There already is plenty of existing mirror infrastructure you can tap into, such as mirrors.kernel.org and ibiblio. Check out some of the mirrors used by other distros--there's a number of well known ones that will begin mirroring if you email them. Typically they use rsync from what I've seen, but if reprepro is becoming common, perhaps they are using that more often now too. It really is that simple with many of them--email contents: "Plz mirror me. rsync://rsync.maemo.org/pub Thx".
