This would be really cool. :)  Then at least people's changes would be all in 
one place for easy review instead of spewed all over the place. For instance, 
if we had this I would:

* Put the etch builds there first

* Put my kernel builds there.

* Put packages that conflict with something in extras-devel already (e.g. I 
have mplayer builds that have jack and perhaps a few other features enabled).

Right now things are just in random locations (for me and others). It would be 
nice to have it all unified.
