Just to (re)confirm, are Qt4.5 based applications supposed to be promoted to Extras before PR1.2 or does the libqt4-maemo5 promotion ban apply to them too ? Since there are both new things and updates to existing applications in extras-testing, I see a rationale pushing those through QA ASAP (so people not upgrading to PR1.2 for whatever reason will at least get the last/latest versions that were known to work with Qt4.5).
