The list where I always look is on this Wiki page (that's the same as the one linked by you, and it seems as if your link is even more recent/general): http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Package_categories#New_list_for_Diablo So, even in Diablo times (that's Maemo 4.1, or "the one before Fremantle), there hasn't been a user/communication section, as far as I know.
