It is... in fact it is the only real issue - at least in theory. You can have USB master on the 770 and you could have the USB mass stirage drivers installed (with some hackery using the root shell). But this will not help much as the USB memory stick will not be powered unless you supply a seperate power supply. Apart from that, do you really want to have an additional dongle dangling to your device attached with some cable?
