NOKIA DID IT AGAIN!!!!

thanks nokia...

I can say nokia's customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

The repair shop sent me an email yesterday about my device is in the shop.

Ok, today I went to get it. They told me the mainboard has been change but not the rest of the device... ok... I put it to charge and .... ohhh... no charging logo... when I try to start it the same ISSUE!!! the device shut down after some seconds...

I can't understand what is going on with nokia and 770, but going on this way it is not going to have a lot of happy customer who recommends the device...

so, my I think this is a great device, but i can NEVER recommend it because it fail so much and customer service is a joke

I got to the same conclusion, so I brought the device to www.telecare.dk to a guy at the counter who troubles beliving that it really is not a phone.. very comforting..
 
Oh well, They'll send it to Nokias official repairshop here in DK, so let's see what then happens - and how long time it'll take..

I had the same problem as you, and I have a new one right now :-(

You have two options... send the device back to nokia (I did it with my first one), it should be easy but nokia's customer service is like a pain in the ass (sorry to be rude). They will return you the money (no device replacement)

With the second one (yes two devices, two bite the dust) I prefer to use the repair shop, as it is much more easy to me than trying to fight with customer service...
