That creates absolute symlinks rather than relative ones. The problem is in the first line, the %{_datadir}/%{name}/basewsw/* should have a %{buildroot} at the beginning of it. Otherwise, it's matching against files on your actual system already installed at that location, which of course won't be there on the build system. That's why the * doesn't match anything, and becomes a literal *.
