About Bulgarian and Hebrew: - the few notions of Cyrillic alphabet I learned when I was 14 or so indicate that "Мандрива" indeed reads "Mandriva". If we look at the Russian Wikipedia page for Mageia[1] (I know Russian and Bulgarian are different languages, but since they use the same alphabet maybe they follow the same rules regarding foreign names), it seems they do not transcribe strings such as Mageia, Mandriva or Linux. So I guess we can replace "Мандрива" by "Mageia". Though the simplest way would be to make sure the string is fuzzy, so that the English string is used (it could bring Bulgarians to contribute to Mageia). - for Hebrew, I don't read it, so I would advise to make sure the string is fuzzy.
